Membership requirement changes

The membership criteria for the Society was reviewed at our last Board meeting. The policy will now be that new members will be required to give their name, address, phone number and e mail address. They will also be required to consent to at least one e mail communication per year. This would be the AGM notice. The option of being contacted with regular communications will also be offered. Membership fees will be by donation.
